BS Engineering U of Maine - Joined WahlcoMetroflex in 1979. Direct experience in damper engineering and product development. Expert in damper and expansion joint applications in power and industrial processes.
John Bader - COO/CFO
BS Engineering, Princeton MBA, Harvard - Over 30 years experience in executive and general management, operations, financial management and systems engineering. Corporate expertise in mid-market and high-end manufacturing. Joined WahlcoMetroflex in 2001.
Roger Poulin - Director of Operations
Comm. College of the Air Force,U of S. Maine - Joined WahlcoMetroflex in 1979. Direct experience and senior management roles in all phases of company operations including project management, procurement, and manufacturing.
Scott Hall - Product Manager
BS Engineering U of Maine - Joined WahlcoMetroflex in 1990. Direct experience in the design and application of dampers and expansion joints. Experience in engineering management. Expert in large scale utility dampers.
Mike Brousseau - Projects / Field Service Mgr.
Certified MRP, CMVTI. - Joined WahlcoMetroflex in 1978. Served in all phases of WMX operations from the shop floor through general management of satellite manufacturing operation in Canada.
Steve Boulet - Director of Administration / HR
BS Accounting, U of Maine MBA, U of New Hampshire - Joined WahlcoMetroflex in 1995. Experience in a variety of senior management positions including manufacturing, quality and accounting. Steve is a board member of the Integrated Manufacturing Technology Program Advisory Committee at SMCC, board member of the Lewiston Development Corporation, Chair of the Maine Manufacturers Association, appointed member of the Maine Jobs Council, Associate member of Central Maine Medical Center, past board member of the Chamber of Commerce and of the Education Foundation Board of CMCC.
