With worldwide experience in equipment installation and upgrades, as well as complete retrofit capabilities, WahlcoMetroflex field service can provide the supervisory or technical skills required to assure that your equipment will be properly installed in the shortest amount of time, and will operate at its full potential.

Preventative Maintenance

Maintenance / Service & Spares Parts Program

With today’s demands for ever increasing efficiency, WahlcoMetroflex’s “preventative maintenance service” can provide the routine maintenance or upgrades to your WahlcoMetroflex equipment, as well as equipment from other suppliers keeping your system running at its peak. The “preventative maintenance service” can cut your maintenance cost by reducing your demand for emergency services.

Purchase and inventory of spare parts is expensive, time consuming, and ties up working capital. WahlcoMetroflex can solve that problem by offering the “spares program” as part of the preventive maintenance service. When incorporated as part of the “preventative maintenance service”, spares are then scheduled into the service, eliminating the need for an on hand inventory, and the emergency outages created as a result of their failure.

Services Included:

  • Initial walk-down and inspection of equipment.
  • Tagging of equipment.
  • Establish and maintain equipment log.
  • Perform all necessary periodic maintenance. (Subject to local union site restrictions)
  • Supervise all necessary periodic maintenance. (Union restricted sites)
  • Quoting and scheduling of required spares.
  • Installation of spares. (Subject to local union site restrictions)
  • Supervise installation of spares. (Union restricted sites)

Emergency Repair

Emergency Repair Service

WahlcoMetroflex’s emergency repair service is designed to minimize downtime due to equipment failure.
Field service personnel are routinely dispatched to evaluate and / or provide emergency repairs to WahlcoMetroflex’s line of products and to those of other manufacturers.

Services Included:

  • Inspection of equipment.
  • Gather design parameters and information for replacement or repair.
  • Engineer and manufacture a solution that minimizes down time.
